REGISTRATION

• Registration includes Snacks, lunch and a certificate of participation.
• We will only issue a letter of invitation to participants that have paid their participation
  fee in full.
• Invitation letters would be sent via e-mail within 3 business days after
  payment and completion of registration form.
• Passport must be valid for at least six months from the opening day of the conference.
• Participants that require visa to come to Canada must apply for their travel visa well
  ahead of time to allow enough time for the processing of their visas.
• If you would like us to make arrangements for accommodation and transportation for
  you, kindly inform us in the comment session when registration. If not, you will be
  responsible for your own accommodation, meals and transportation.
