Our Mission

Prestige African-Canadian Support Services (PACSS) is committed to being a positive generation of change by delivering quality programs, support and services through empowerment, advocacy, education and development in the African Canadian community.

Our Vision

PACSS strives to be the best in building a decent atmosphere for shaping future generation.
Prestige African Canadian Support Services (PACSS), established in 2018 is a not-for-profit community based organization registered with the government of Canada providing support services to the Black/African community in the Greater Toronto Area. We at PACSS provide respectful and professional services to every Black/African descendant of the community irrespective of their background to impact positivity.

PACSS offers several services to the Black /African community which includes mental health and wellness, counseling, youth and senior programs, training and education programs. In addition to the services are, employment support and newcomer settlement programs to ensure successful adjustment and integration into the Canadian system.

As a committed organization, we seek to engage in strategic partnerships in building programs to ensure excellence, advocacy and accountability.

Our Community Programs

Youth Development

This program is designed for the youth in the community between the ages of 15 to 29 to develop their leadership, interpersonal and professional skills.

Mental Health Disorders File
Mental Health

The purpose of this program is primarily to assist individuals in the community at risk of experiencing mental health illness have access to a safe place to receive support and information.

Senior Support Programs

The goal of the program is to bring seniors of African descent in the community together for socialisation as well as have access to other services, assistance and programs that would take them out of isolation and abuse.

Employment Support

This program is designed to tackle unemployment in the community through several programs and services.
